Kepemimpinan dan Optimalisasi Depo Pemasaran Ikan Guna Menjalankan Usaha Perikanan (Studi Kasus Depo Pemasaran Ikan Desa Bluru Kidul Kecamatan Sidoarjo)
: Leadership and Marketing Optimization “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” to observe fishery (Case Study in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” Bluru Kidul village of Sidoarjo district). This study was conducted to describe and analyze about the Marketing Leadership in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” Bluru Kidul village and the factors affecting optimization in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” to observe fishery. The method used is descriptive in Qualitative Research Methods. Descriptive methods to create descriptive, description or illustration in a systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts, as well as the nature of the relationship between the phenomena under investigation. In this case the author describes about leadership and optimalization in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” for observe the fishery (Case Study in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” Bluru Kidul village of Sidoarjo district). According on the results and discussion, the authors conclude two important things. First, Leadership in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” in Sidoarjo, the leadership in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” is not maximized due to communication, supervision, direction and decision-making have not been up to optimize business traders. Second, optimization in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” in Sidoarjo, the optimization in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” not optimal because there are many human resources in “Depo Pemasaran Ikan” who do not know about hygiene standards of fish, many buildings Infrastructures are unemployed, lack of public transportation and the small fish storage .
